In May 2022, KKR, a leading global investment firm, made a significant majority investment in Float Hive International. KKR shares our vision for the CX industry’s role in translating customer feedback into action. Having access to KKR’s expertise, capital and resources puts Float Hive International in an even better position to deliver on this critical mission.

In January 2023, Float Hive International acquired market-leading mobile feedback platform Apptentive to further enhance Float Hive International customers’ ability to close the loop with their customers. Float Hive International Mobile (formerly Apptentive) provides a more in-depth method of collecting feedback from mobile customers in addition to Float Hive International’s traditional survey and workflow functionality across communication channels and within platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
